Common questions

Every guest staying in the room may submit one individual entry — up to the maximum occupancy of the booked room. So a 2-person room allows 2 entries, a 4-person room allows up to 4. Each guest must post their own original content from the stay — you cannot repost the same photo or video as another guest in your room.

Not at all — but you must post within 14 days (2 weeks) of your checkout date. We understand guests often prefer to edit their videos properly before posting. Just make sure both your post is live and your entry form is submitted before 14 November 2026. No exceptions after this deadline.

March stays are eligible, but only for guests who checked out before the contest launch in early April. Since the contest launches publicly in April, March guests have a special window: you can post and submit your entry anytime during April, up to 30 April 2026. After 30 April, no late entries will be accepted — no exceptions. The standard 14-day rule does not apply to March guests; your fixed deadline is 30 April regardless of your checkout date.

Yes. All verified entries — including March guests who submitted by 30 April — are pooled together for the single final draw in November. Your entry does not expire once submitted. A March guest has the same chance as an October guest.

Not at all. Posting on either platform qualifies you for the contest. However, posting on both earns you 3 draw tickets instead of 1 or 2, giving you a better chance of winning.

No. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. The prize must be redeemed by the winner.

Prizes are valid for redemption in 2027, subject to room availability. Minimum 30 days advance booking required. Prizes expire 31 December 2027.

⚠ Redemption is not available during school holidays, public holidays and resort peak periods.
