SPECIAL SNORKELING TRIP TO
REDANG & LANG TENGAH ISLAND
Redang / Lang Tengah Island
- Departure: 9am from Barat Resort and return at 3pm
- Locations
- Redang Turtle Bay, Pulau Paku snorkeling , Redang Long Beach stop at Pelangi Resort , Sand Bank & snorkeling at Lang Tengah Island.
- Book in advance required
- Price RM 180 Adult / RM160 Children (3-12 yrs)
Guests may use this service to transfer from Barat to Redang Island or Lang Tengah Island. Alternatively, guests may board our boat at Pelangi Resort, Redang Island at 12:30 PM, or at Summer Bay Resort, Lang Tengah Island at 2:00 PM, for the return trip to Barat.
CHILDREN POLICY
- Age 6 and above: This will be counted as an adults & we will provide full meals & snorkeling voucher.
- Age 3-6 years old: Children stay free by sharing a bed and meals with adults. Snorkeling trips cost an extra RM90, and the two-way sea transfer is an additional RM50.
- Under 3 years old: Free stay, free transfers, and free snorkeling.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before arrival: 95% refund to the original payment method.
7 to 30 days before arrival: 70% transferable credit voucher for a future stay within 1 year
Less than 7 days before arrival: Full deposit is forfeited. Credit vouchers may be issued at management’s
discretion based on the circumstances.
🚢 HOW TO GET THERE
1️⃣ Boat to the Island
From Kuala Besut Jetty to Barat Resort
2-way transfer: RM60/adult, RM50/child (3-12 years)
1-way transfer: RM35/adult, RM30/child
Boat trip time: 40 minutes
High season (March-September): Boats leave hourly in the morning from 9 AM - 5 PM
Low season (February & October): Limited departures from 9 AM - 2 PM only
2️⃣ Your Trip Back
Departure times: 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM
Note: 10 AM & 4 PM departures are only available from March-September
Please confirm your departure time with our front office one day before you check out
All schedules can change due to weather for your safety
3️⃣ Airport Transfer
From Kota Bharu Airport to Kuala Besut Jetty (Shared van service)
2-way transfer: RM60/adult, RM50/child (3-12 years)
1-way transfer: RM35/adult, RM30/child
Travel time: About 1 hour 10 minutes
Airport pickup: Daily from 7 AM - 3:30 PM (last pickup)
Return land transfers from Kuala Besut Jetty are available at 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 5:00 PM
Please note: No van transfer is available for the 10:00 AM boat departure from the island
A minimum charge for two passengers applies to all land transfers
Land transfers must be purchased in combination with a sea transfer

Flight Times:
- Please arrange to arrive at Kota Bharu Airport before 3:30 PM
- Please book flights departing from Kota Bharu Airport after 11:30 AM
Mandatory Pre-Booking:
- Book your land transfer at least 2 days in advance and provide your flight number and arrival time
Late Arrival?
- If you arrive at Kuala Besut Jetty between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, a private speedboat to Barat Resort can be arranged at RM600 per boat, accommodating up to 12 passengers
